Astigmatism in kid 4.5 years old

My Son 4.5 years old has Sph Right Eye +1 Sph Left Eye +0.5 Cyl Right Eye - 2 Axis 012 Cyl Left Eye Axis -0.50 Axis 176 He has been prescribed glasses and asked to come again for checkup after 3 months. What can be done to improve his right eye. Please suggest
