My son 2.4 year old has been suffering with fever since a week and it became normal yesterday but his cold and phlegm elevated. We gave febrox, antibiotics as per doc suggestion and for cough macbery (4ml) but i do not see any difference, even after 4 hours now its the same and temp is back to 99.6.
Can somebody help me or come online to suggest what needs to be followed now

hello, greetings. now if fever is around 100, you give only paracetamol syrup Give whenever necessary .If it needed ,you can give 1tsf three times a day. To guide you properly dose of paracetamol is 15mg/ kg weight .per dose. Since There is cold cough, that Since fever is persisting, It means viral or bacterial ,.I give MOX SOLUBLE tablets , 125mg three times a day. You can dissolve tablets in water. To continue for3-4 days.. maintain hydration,maintaiin nutrition, maintain emotional stability. play with the child.. Best of luck. follow atpacto. consult
