My daughter since yesterday night is refusing to eat food. Will take a bite or 2 and then start playing with food and refuse to eat. She is even not interested in biscuits etc. She is happily having milk, nimbu Paani etc but doesn't want to eat. Else she is active, playful and there is no change in her behavior.

Food fussiness is very common in this age group. Don't force her to eat anything, just be patient. She will demand food once she is hungry. Try to add new things to her diet.
