How can I b sure that my child is not having ASD..as he does everything well..maintains eye contact..plays game..shows his emotions..he even knows to use spoon oximeter keys ..connect earphone charger to phones but from few days he has stopped responding to his names and forgetting the activities he was doing like namaste flying kiss etc..m much worried..is there anything to worry about??
