This is vaccine related issue. Children do cry because of pain at vaccinated site. It is to be understood whether the baby is crying for some time or crying excessively whole time after vaccinated.
If crying excessively you have to consult paediatrician and take medication meanwhile he’ll change the type of vaccine to be given next time.

Always press and hold the swab at vaccinated site for two minutes so that vaccine doesn’t seep back which causes pain.

On the day of vaccination if you observe redness and pain apply ice, if you observe pain and hardness next day onwards apply hot fomentation. Hope this helps.
