18 DPO and negative pregnancy test
Hi, I am at 18 DPO after IUI. I haven't got periods yet. My usual cycle is 28-31 days. I used to take dydrogesterone till 14 DPO. Yesterday (17 DPO), I felt slight cramping and nausea. When I did upt today, it was negative. Can I still keep hopes ?
