Tab Dolo/ paracetamol 650 mg may be taken thrice a day. Cold sponging also helps to bring the temperature. But remember, on mosy covid patients the temperature may persist for a while. If there are no other symptoms, like breathlessness, do not worry. Keep calm.
Check the oxygen saturation regularly, especially after a spot of exercise. Steam inhalation twice a day. Wait for the report, of confirmed please start on the medications promptly.

Take Paracetamol and Mefenamic acid along with Sponging to control Temperature.
Keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids / water.
Next Steps
Monitor SpO2 by Finger Pulse Oximeter.
Consult if there is a dip in saturation.

I'd like to advise you to take Paracetamol 500mg only during fever and to take Pan 40 tablet before breakfast for 5 days
