Tab Dolo/ paracetamol 650 mg may be taken thrice a day. Cold sponging also helps to bring the temperature. But remember, on mosy covid patients the temperature may persist for a while. If there are no other symptoms, like breathlessness, do not worry. Keep calm. Check the oxygen saturation regularly, especially after a spot of exercise. Steam inhalation twice a day. Wait for the report, of confirmed please start on the medications promptly. For amy further queries please feel free to contact me. Take care
