10 months baby fungal in private parts
Baby got swollen testes and penis red in colour , our doctor said no use of diaper , ab baby rat ko roya mujhe bhi nind aa gyi , he was nude , ab dekha 4 hours bad bedsheet was wet , I am worried how do I know kb susu aega rat me , kase jagein rat me , doctor said no use of diaper jab tak fungal theek na ho jaye , uske bad I can use and change it after 2 hours but abhi bina diaper k sulate h baby ko but hume rat ko nhi pta lgta kb susu aega , please tell kya Karen ,koi khta coconut oil lgao koi khta keep it dry , confused please help, can't connect that's why asking on this free platform , please help

We have to see whether he has gotten diaper rash or fungal infection. Plz upload pics.
Use cotton nappies (kalot/langot) during daytime and change as soon as he gets wet. Use diaper only during night time.
Swallon testes and penis could be indicative of severe infection and may require oral antibiotics.
You can apply coconut oil once rashes are healed. Infact, you should apply coconut oil every time you change diaper. It will prevent occurence of rashes.
