Possible reasons for babies to avoid certain food:
1. Repeating same food for long periods can bore them, you can try offering same food on alternate days
2. Give in small quantities and slowly increase over weeks
3. Eat with the child the same food you are offering them
4. Make meal time without TV or phone or cartoon or other distractions
5. You can try adding colourful veggies to khichdi to make it look attractive
6. Lastly, don’t force feed the baby. It’s normal for them to develop likes and dislikes to food
