10 month old | poops after every meal

Asked for Female, 30 Years

My son is pooping after almost every meal/feed. Is it because of teething or something wrong with the diet. Seems to have gain no weight because of that. What can be the reason and what should i feed him that stays and helps him gain weight as well.
