1) White heads problem on my nose
1) I have whiteheads on my nose and below bottom lip and above chin region. How to get rid of them? Is there any particular facewash for it?

Whitehead, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
