hello there. suggest you to take the following measures 1. drink a glass of milk everyday that will provide you with calcium and other minerals. 2. stay for at least 20 mins in the sun with atleast 20 percent of your body exposed. this will give you VIT.D 3. drink lots of fluids and make greens and fruits a part of your diet, this will give you a lot of vitamins and minerals which would keep you active. if you still continue to have this problem, you would have to consult a orthopaedic doctor. hope this helps. all the best.
