28 year old and facing back pain from last two years, From last two months  leg pain started if I walk some distance getting tired...after toilet I will tired and stomoch pain is coming..sugest me the permanent solution

kindly meet the orthopedician to rule out spondylosis spondylitis neuralgia lumbar canal stenosis musculoskeletal pain maintain proper posture while u sit and sleep don carry heavy weights or lift heavy weights....
