1. The fee was collected from me is too high. Not acceptable at all!

2. I was not informed about the processing of treatment

3. After the treatment only I was informed and they collected the fee from us

4. For Scaling, I was told that Rs.1,000/-. But after the treatment, Dr. Rayen charged Rs. 1,200/-

5. For Rs.5/- rupee mask was billed for Rs.300/-

6. Last year, in September, Dr. Rayen treated my son. He charged Rs. 24,000/-

7. This month, July 2021, we went for review. He charged Rs.5,000/-

NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT THE FEE HE COLLECTS.

Have always been happy with the quality of medical service but this time, the entire process of scheduling and appointment was very disappointing. There was no guidance to schedule our follow up visit. The front office staff werent particularly polite when scheduling the appointment. My appointment time was changed and then changed back. We were a few minutes late for the appointment and were told that the Dr had left as there was a big surgery elsewhere. If the Dr had decided that we were worth only a few minutes of his time (as he would have anyway had to leave in a few minutes even if we had been on time), that is disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken constructively.

my son is in autism spectrum. the doctor was very polite, friendly, courteous, caring to my son. my son though being a special child because of his caring nature was very cooperative to the procedures. he explained what he is going to in a very understandably way. my son enjoyed the time he had his procedures done.

Child friendly Doctor. He diagnised the problem well and understood the parent's concern..The Doctor Mr. Hariharan explained the issue and the process of treatment patiently. Very much satified with his approach to patients and treatment. I recommend him for all kids and teens.
