The hospital activities are very organized and the staff are disciplined. Diagnosis is done well and unwanted tests are not recommended. Less medicines are prescribed and the doctor clearly explains the condition's cause and treats well. Do's and don'ts are given in printed format clearly. Only negative is the doctor can be little more patient instead of being very strict and friendly to patients and accompanying persons. Can avoid comments on children's behavior.

diagnosis is excellent. I was suffering from stomach problem for the past 8 years. consulted many doctors but no progress. now after coming to Dr. Venkatraman, I feel like a normal person again.

I took my wife for acid-related problem to Dr Venkatraman and was asked to do an endoscopy the next day which was done as said by the doctor and was asked to continue the treatment for the next six months and regular check up at two months interval. Initially for the first four months the treatment was well and good and after the fourth month review the medication was changed where the problems started my wife started to feel unwell. When the problem was taken to the doctor instead of listening to our complaint Dr Venkatraman stopped us from do that and started explaining his point of view like it is the maximum medical therapy which was given to her, she has mind related problems and me and wife walked away from the hospital without anything saying and we waited two hours for this. As a doctor he should have patience to listen to what the person's complaint is which Dr Venkatraman does not have to my knowledge. The doctor is not at all polite. Patients expect some friendliness n positive vibes but this Doctor, despite his experience still doesn't respect his patients. His anger is understandable reg delay in gng for review *** **** ******* **** *** ****** ** ** ***** ** *** ******* *** not even giving ears to this 84 year old man's issues. Very disappointing!

Very bad. *** * ****** ******* **** he didn't prescribed any medicine first and he said to take number of test like thyroid test, blood test , endoscopic test then only he can prescribe medicine it seems . This not fair

He is excellent person and one man show in private hospital . Good with stomach related operations. Discipline in activity

He is a genuine guy. He will first understand the source of the problem. He never suggest for an operation at an initial stage. The only problem with him is He is very strict, we can not ask any questions to him.

It was great. DR.S.Venkatraman had lot of experience in gastro. On practical itself found the issue and remedy. Really happy to see such a wonderful doxtor in chennai. Doctor is crystal clear cut on his approach.

He knows everything and the final printout which he gives tells us wat to do and not to do to stay fit. Excellent ********* **** doctor 😀
