They say third time is the charm - Dr. Karthic Natarajan was the third doctor I consulted within a span of 3 months for a fix to my shoulder issue - I was diagnosed with " Adhesive Capsulitis" and I could sense that I was regressing in spite of several Physiotherapy sessions across various clinics in Chennai - that's when I heard about Dr. Natarajan from a friend and decided to come in to see the doc.

In my very first appointment he told me that my condition would need a mobilization under general anesthesia. To say that I was very anxious about the general anesthesia part would be an understatement - I was super scared - but everyone in the clinic was understanding and helpful - right from the friendly Mr. Anand and Sudha at the front desk to the quiet and competent Dhanya - who was so kind and reassuring to me when I was preparing for the procedure. 2 weeks after the intervention, I gained back 85% of range of motion - nothing short of a miracle to me. The remaining 15% will return under the expertise of Mrs. Sharma. Dr. Natarajan is a magician - he fixed me - I am testimony to his competence but what draws me to him is his smiling demeanor and ability to listen and not patronize and at the same time push and challenge me to work my muscles to maximize my range. I would highly recommend Dr. Natarajan and his team - in the next few weeks all my athais, my chittis and other relatives will be making appointments to see the Dr. Natarajan - don't say I didn't warn you!

She gives a patient ear to all your concerns and provides a complete explanation on how to proceed and what to do. After the management/treatment, she fully explains what has been done and what to expect here after.

I have known her for around 6 years and I am extremely thankful to her. During the days of severe suffering and pain, she provided support and immediate relief.

Her explanation and passion reflects the skill and experience in her concerned field. My family and I will always be thankful to her and we wish nothing but the best for Dr. Vanmathy. I highly recommend her, she is an amazing, intelligent and an understanding doctor. Very grateful.

Dr. Vanmathy was very friendly and though delayed, she apologised for being late as she had been held up with a surgery that day. She took time to examine, explain, and reassure me. I was very happy with my appointment.

However, post-appointment, I have not been able to meet her for a review for close to 1 month. The lady receptionist was very rude, accused me of not showing up for an appointment (which is not true), said she would pass on my reports to the doctor and get back when the doctor was available. It has been almost a month now, and I haven't heard back. It's very sad when people working in the medical field don't take patient care seriously.

Dr. Karthic Babu Natarajan patiently listened to my complaint and got to know past history. Saw all my reports carefully. Explained what needs to be done to overcome pain. I felt very relieved when he said there's nothing serious and with medicines and physical exercises, I'll be all right.

Dr. Brindha Sharma, the physiotherapy doctor, was very kind. Saw my reports, asked me a few questions to analyse and understand my problem well. Taught me exercises patiently. The way she explained things made me feel very comfortable.

The care and concern both these doctors showed was really commendable. I felt happy and satisfied that I came to the right place.

Staff at the reception counter were polite and pleasing. Overall, it was a good experience.
