I was diagnosed with Fatty Liver Grade 2 and hyperlipidemia on 30.09. 2025. I was over weight and had knee pain. The doctor asked me to lose 10% of my weight, follow a healthy lifestyle and get back to her with the test reports after 3 months.
I was looking for an experienced good dietician and I found Dr. Mini Thomas. I met her on 04.10. 2025. She listened to me patiently, reviewed my test reports and recommended a customised diet plan for me. She also asked me to do walking for 45 mins daily. I followed her diet plan and started with exercises and daily walking.
Dr. Mini followed up with me daily and ensured that I followed the diet and walking. With her constant support and motivation, I started loosing weight in a healthy way.
During my health journey, my knee pain vanished and my hair and skin have become healthy. I have become happy, energetic and active the entire day.
Yesterday (10 01.2026 ), I took my blood tests and the reports are normal. I have lost 9.5 kgs in 3 months and I am very thankful to Dr. Mini for guiding me to wellness with her customised diet plan, motivation, encouragement, continous support and guidance.

In the initial assessment meeting, Mini Thomas Madam discussed around 2 hours to understand the issue . This approach helped us to clearly explain the issue and seek clarification for our long held doubts and confusions. The diet chart provided by madam had immediate effect on my health and started feeling better. When I came to know that my schoolmate Mrs. Minu Thomas is a dietician and by the time my HBa1 reached to 11.1 and Triglice level was 316. Being an Engineer by profession, frequently I used to travel a lot, inside and outside India for work.
At this age 61 years, under the guidance of Minu I started my dieting and within a short span of two and a half months my HBa1 reached to 7.3 and TG 210. Also I managed to reduce weight from 67 Kg to 59 Kgs by this time.
Now, I feel more energetic and also to stabilize my Sugar level 110, 145 respectively fasting and post breakfast, which was earlier 295 and 315.

I have consulted Dietician Mini Thomas for my diet plan and she has explained everything and asked for all my current reports and I sent the same and she asked to take Vitamin D and B12 that also taken and sent on time nothing was pending with me.

I've been following the diet prescribed by Ms. Minu Thomas for over 2 years. I quickly achieved my goals of keeping my blood sugar levels in control and my weight stable at the targeted level. I am happy following the diet plan as it is close to my normal food habits.
