It was amazing talking to Dr. Hema. First and foremost important thing is, she was listening very well when I was venting out my problems. Then, She helped me to make corrections to my schedule and gave very good suggestions for energy management. We met for a training course. There mam explained about all type of disorders and problems experienced by people at work place or at personal level. Here slides about sleeping disorders and correct sleeping posture is quite useful.I will recomend her.

She told me the answer which I was searching to come out of depression on the first 5 minutes of the session. After that she made me to open up and pour everything out of my mind which I can't share with my friends or family. Would recommend everyone.. 😊

I got this doctor through Practo. I would definitely recommend this doctor. She was so friendly and patiently listening to all my problems. She never assumes nor never been judgemental. She clarifies her doubts very clearly before providing solutions. Her follow-up pattern is extremely good. Even if we forget she follows up whether we are following her advise. I had never seen her frustrated during the entire sessions of 3 hours. She noted down the entire details in prior so that she need not ask again and again.
