This is my first experience of marriage Counselling and I can tell you that it is the best rewarding experience with Ms.Nisha the Founder of Hope Centre.

I have known her since a year.

Normally one feels apprehensive in sharing one's problem to a unknown person even though he or she is a Counsellor at the professional front.

I know Nisha from 2010.. we lost contact due to change in our workplaces & busy lives.. we got back in touch in early 2021.. when I came to know that Nisha is a psychologist now, I knew that she is the right person to get me out of stress.. in my case, personal stress was more than work induced stress.. I reached a dangerous point where I could no longer handle stress.. my health & my behavior towards my kid was getting affected.. I attended 2 sessions with Nisha & told her about the reasons for my stress.. she listened patiently & told me techniques to relieve myself from stress.. my biggest motivation came when Nisha told me that I am a strong person . Key take away from Nisha's session is I give importance to my wellbeing & my kid now. Now I don't care about what thoughtless people think about me .. I have started to be more assertive now.. as Nisha said our children's attitude depends on how we are as a person.. so I have become more mindful of my words and actions.. thank you very much Nisha.. love you 💚

I was Struggling with my problem. And I have know clue how I am come out from those. Those days I was influenced to had alcohol. One day I felt that I was not in right track to facing my problems and come out from it. Then I decided to take counseling and come out of it. I met Nisha Ma'am for counseling. She heard my problems in a kind manor. And she found the truth why I suffering with those problems. And also She gives tips to handle those problems and come out from it. Now I am feeling much better than earlier. Nisha Ma'am counseling was more help ful to me. Thank you Ma'am....
