Overall experience - More than Satisfied.

I am a 24 year old girl, who had an injury on left forehead due to an accident. The injury included massive bleeding with blow out fracture (minor) just above my left eyes.

When I took a first aid in some near by hospital, they threatened me to take Plastic Surgery, as I am a girl and the injury is in the face.

A good friend of me then made the right call of taking me to Dr.Rengan. I was admitted in the hospital and scheduled for surgery performed by Dr.Rengan.

When Dr.Rengan first examined me, he said that there is no necessity to go for Plastic Surgery. Normal stitches would do.

I PANICKED a lot that I might loose my left eye brow for the injury did cut my eyebrow.

Dr.Rengan heard and understood every problem of mine.

When the surgery started, I was given local anaesthesia in forehead. Throughout the whole surgery which took more than 45 minutes, I was awake and was continuously talking to Dr.Rengan. I was told, I am supposed to talk as to ensure my nervous system is just fine.

Throughout the surgery, I was totally comfortable with friendly Dr.

I am really very thankful to Dr.Rengan.

Surgery went well. Was asked to take rest for 2 or 3 days. I was still panicking I would loose my eyebrows (for I had plasters all the time in forehead and I had no idea how my face would look like).

Finally, when the stitches was removed and the plaster was taken and few days after that I realized HOW KEAN AND PERFECT WERE the stitches.

I was told I had 16 to 18 stitches on my forehead.

But I promise the stitches were so finelined and shaped exactly in the shape of my eyebrow(that it got hidden behind).

I couldn't not just express in words, how relieved I was.

I am happy and 100% I would recommend Dr.Rengan.

I profusely thank you very much for pleasantly entertaining my wife Mrs. R. Dharmambal (Female 60) on the 14th July 2016 evening at your clinic, when we were directed for emergency consultation for treating my wife for a big ulceration and necrosis with acute inflammation on the abdominal wall below the stomach which was treated by me unknowingly without understanding the seriousness of the wound although I am in touch with hundreds of eminent city doctors.

Although we have waited patiently for our turn to consult you as per arrival priority in your clinic, we were surprised at your Godly Look, Quick Assessment of my wife’s Illness, Detailed Discussions, Convincing Explanations about the serious condition of my wife’s illness as she is a diabetic patient and the necessity for undertaking an urgent surgery and that too within one hour duly taking all precautions and post operation tests etc. inspite of your prior appointments and consultations depriving your night dinner after taking quick snacks at the clinic.

The direction was given to me by a devoted staff nurse at West Mambalam. The nurse not only given my wife a sort of first aid, but also guided me to meet you at your clinic in the evening. This direction, I consider and cherish most in my life has not only come from a devoted nurse but also blessed by (our family deity at Ganapathi Agraharam near Tiruvaiyaru) Maha Ganapathi and also blessed by our guiding Mahan Shridi Sai Baba (“Even during the darkest hours of the night, I will be with you” Shridi Sai Baba).

The decision to undertake emergency operation after consulting you on that Thursday evening has been taken by me and my wife on the Shridi Sai Baba Temple Sannithanam even without consulting my family members.

We wish to place on record our heartfelt commendation on your selfless services, practical guidelines to patients with force and punch with the earnest support of your wife Mrs. Krithika Rengan who has attracted us at the first meet.

I approached Dr.(Major)Rengan R S in his hospital “Home of healing surgical center” Chennai; for Hernia which I am holding for a long period, with so much of mental tension.

He explained me in simple terms the condition and prepared me mentally and physically to undergo surgery which is very much needed.

On14th August,19 surgery was done by Dr. Rengan, recovered and discharged in 2 days.

We liked the way he approached the patient, we went for a problem called varicose veins ulcer in the left leg for my brother who is mentally challenged. He was so kind in handling the patient. His words really gave us hope for the recovery. The problem was over 3 years and the wound was completely with maggots when we took him to Dr.Rengan, thanks to God for showing us a God in disguise, with his positive words and some medications gave a complete recovery within 2 months. We thank him from the bottom of our heart.

Dr. Rangan had taken care to correctly diagnose the problem which many doctors failed to do so. Not only that he performed the surgery with great meticulousness without complications. I was kinda apprehensive about a scar forming on my cheek due to the size of the swelling present. However the end result was such that there is no indication of any surgery which had been performed. I am greatly indebted to him for not only performing a neat job in the surgery but also during the postoperative care.

We have already a previous experience with Mr Rengan treating our Dad for herenia operation... the most important factor we were amazed is he is friendly towards his patients and always cared for the well being . Even when the patients gets tensed on the thought of operation Mr Rengan ensures they go into the operation with proper mindset which by itself I feel is a huge boost for anyone about to undergo the operation
