Dr.Refai is a very genuine and down to earth person. The way he explained my heart condition and the treatment of choice did not scare me instead it gave me a clarity of my situation and helped me in deciding the treatment I want. His approach to me at the time of procedure was very much stress relieving. He is simply an awesome doctor.

He is calm and relaxed while he is consulting or giving treatment. I have never seen him getting angry. He took all possible medical efforts (next to God) to give me a new life. I shall remain thankful forever for his dedicated service. May God bless him abundantly.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at this doctor’s office. My first contact was with Dr. Refai Showkathli and I was completely blown away by how helpful and kind he was and how fast he was at getting back to me! A lot of doctors don’t realize how important it is to have administration like Him. The first point of contact is crucial!

Now on to the appointment… my appointment ran on time, Dr Refai was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend this medical group. I was completely taken care under his knowledge on the whole treatment.

He is only one doctor doing correct doctor duty in medical field, he is very friendly with paitent and paitent family.. and we can easily access him, he will tell what is problem and what will happen if we are not take treatment and what are solutions there everything he will share as friendly manner , i never seen such character doctor in my life ...
