We did phone consultation for my son (6.4 years) for sudden hives/rashes that appeared on his neck and other regions of the body last Saturday. We did share the pictures of my son's skin condition. Dr.Gowtham understood the problems quickly. He did not rush things, he allowed us to explain the condition of my son and other details. He Inquired all the details, did not threaten or panic us (like how other doctors do). He explained the next steps and medicines. He was easy to reach and approach for follow up queries as well. Sometimes, when we ask follow up question, some doctors any get frustrated. But Dr.Gowtham is down to earth and answered all my questions.When my son's skin condition start to worse the next day, I was scared and called his clinic number displayed in Google. my call was picked by a lady who said that doctor is not reachable now. But when I explained my son's condition, she immediately directed me to the clinic staff and advised how to reach the doctor. As soon as it was notified to the doctor, he spoke with me, provided guidance. The most appericatable and humble thing is that Dr.Gowtham himself reached me the next day checking my son's skin condition. He did even reach me today to check his health status. I have not seen any other doctors (till date) showings such a care and concern for patients (particularly kids). He is such an humble person, soft spoken and approachable!! I would highly recommend him for everyone I know. Thank you Dr.Gowtham!!

Doctor probed more questions to diagnose the issue.. He clearly explained the issue.. He guided in the right way.. He also asked me to send a text message to keep him updated after taking medications.. I had few doubts after 2 days of consultation regarding medications and all.. I texted the doctor.. The doctor himself gave a call to my mobile in a very few minutes.. The doctor was so friendly.. He cleared my doubts on call and also cancelled my booked appointment to him since it was not required.. My refund amt was also initiated immediately..

My three year daughter had problem of sudden pain under abdomen which occured many times in a day since last 9 months. We felt it may be due to urine infection or other critical disease. We consulted many doctors ,had gone through many urine test ,ultrasound but nothing found. We consulted Dr Gowtam , explained issue and he easily identifed that it's not more than a regular tools. He started Constipation treatment and since than she stared recovering. Now she is perfectly well. We really thanks alot Dr. Gowtham the way he listen the issues, treatment and confidence gives to the patients.
