I came across many psychiatrists and many of them are accumulating patients their self by prescribing high and severe drugs which will make the patients to be very much dependent and couldn’t come out of it till their whole life. I was like the same till i visited AGAM clinic as i went through severe depression and anxiety for many years and right after my first appointment with Dr.Arun, i could evidently witness the changes myself within the span of a week time and the doctor is moreover like a friend and his motive is to rule out the issues with very minimal medications or without medications by changing the lifestyle like regulating sleeping pattern, meditation, exercise or walking which make one better with the minimal medications very effective. Even for chronic illness patients he follows the same pattern and Doctor is a great gift for the people like me. He inspires me and hopefully everyone too. I don’t have father but i see him like more of a father to me .he was a born fighter fought for his life from the very beginning of his life as, i read his life’s story which is on the AGAM website and i really admire him the way he handles and cares the patients. Hopefully my review will help one another like me who was searching for a friend like doctor or doctor like friend of me. Thank you AGAM for making me to share my experience !!

Had visited for my fear, anxiety and depression. The first session i remember was that I started narrating the incident of why I was depressed and those bad experiences were haunting me for many years. All I wanted is to explain and ask for a solution. He did not listen , he stopped me before finishing and he was very judgemental and said that I am imagining things and blamed me, which was so rude and it was not the right thing to do. Whatever I had narrated was truth *** * ***** **** *** ***** ***** He gave me the writing exercise which did help me but not to a larger extent. In short I should say the doctor interrupts the patient and doesn't listen. His advice and solutions never help people. A psychiatrist or any doctor is meant to be calm and listen to their patients. This rude behaviour will never take you to heights Mr Arun . Some patients want to speak out and want the doctor to listen them and I'm one of them , I expected the doctor to give the right solution instead of blaming me and give unwanted advice and being arrogant. Very bad experience.

For me, doctor looks like a person who came from other world to save me. Doctor is very well experienced on mental issues and identify the problems very soon from his experience and start the right treatment. He is precise to the core issue and share practical ways to handle it instead of blah blah talking talking which I liked most about the doctor. His treatment worked 200% for me and I found a doctor for my lifetime. I strongly recommend this doctor for mental health issues. I wish doctor for healthy and happy life to save more people like me in future.
