In that consultation, I was examined thoroughly to check for any breast lumps, and both Dr. Karthik Ram and Dr. Sushmitha explained the surgery process, what to expect, and gave suggestions on options suitable for me. They also described in detail how my scars and wounds would heal, while being honest about the pros and cons of breast reduction. Every question I had was answered patiently and clearly. After careful consideration, I decided to go ahead with the surgery.

The pre-op guidance, surgical process, and post-op care were excellent. Throughout the journey, the surgeons and nurses ensured I was comfortable both mentally and physically. My surgery was performed by Dr. Karthik Ram, Dr. Sushmitha, Dr. Nishar, and Dr. Mradhul Guptha, and the results exceeded my expectations. At 7 weeks post-op, I am amazed by the new shape of my breasts, the relief of reduced weight, and the excitement of being able to wear outfits I couldn’t before. The transformation feels incredible. All this was possible because of the team and I am truly grateful for giving me this result.

And not to forget the post-op care the nursing team - Ramya, Nisha, Kalpana, Ragavi, Santhiya - gave me. They were all very cooperative, understanding, polite, careful, attentive and gentle. They guided me on post-op dressing, home care, and provided helpful suggestions. Thank you, all nurses, for giving me the guidance needed and treating me well.

Even now, if I message the hospital about any minor concern I experience, the surgeons respond promptly, often with a voice note guiding me regarding the issue. The level of ongoing care is something I doubt any hospitals provide. I am very glad and do not at all regret my decision.

Overall, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The results are magical, and I have never once felt like an outsider at Chennai Plastic Surgery — it truly felt like home. The surgeons and nurses are the most supportive team I’ve met, and I’m beyond happy with this journey. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for this amazing ride. I would rate everything — from care to results — a 100 out of 10. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I am Deepika, 32 yrs old, having 2 kids. I had hanging belly after 2 pregnancies.. i love to do workouts.. even after exercising of 2 yrs, i lost 17 kgs of weight but not belly fat(hanging belly).. due to this hanging belly, i had repeated skin infection under hanging belly.. i love to wear dresses, but due to hanging belly, i cant wear all dresses..

Surgery done successfully within a month, Sterilization done by Dr.Indhumathi, Gyno, Sri Sainath Hospital,chetput. After surgery, 2 days in hospital, Nurses - Ramya sister, Sushmitha sister n Nisha Sister, All took best care of me.. Really they did the good job from heart.. Normally my hubby won't praise jus like that, He itself told abt the service of nurses really gud, taking gud care of patients.. Even after surgery, during every consultation they are supporting directly and thru phone calls.. Really they are doing excellent job..

Results for Tummy tuck surgery is Superb, Now am free from infection which i had earlier, and most important now I can wear all type of dresses with confident.. Really happy for the results of Tummy tuck surgery..

Only discomfort I am facing is the Pressure Garment am wearing (for 45 days), (it's compulsory) for best results of skin tightening..

And i had swelling around tummy area after surgery (common one) , Dr.Karthik suggested Dr.Gowtham, (Naturopathy) for massage for reducing the swelling.. He is also very talented person and friendly.. Even he treated my husband's long term shoulder pain, many of my family members taking treatment from Dr.Goutham after my treatment satisfaction..

The guidance and care provided by all of them after my post op is incredible which helped me in my speedy recovery. And the Post Op results are beyond amazing and I am very much satisfied with the outcome!!

I recently underwent gynaecomastia surgery at Chennai Plastic Surgery. During consultation, the doctor present answered all my questions clearly. I was asked to get a blood test done and was told that the operation would happen at the nearby Sainath Hospital. My surgery was scheduled on Feb 17th 2023. I reached the hospital the night before the surgery. The hospital room was clean and decent. The next day I went to the clinic by 6:30 AM as I was the first patient to undergo surgery that day. Markings were made on my chest and I went to Sainath hospital again. The surgery started at around 8AM and was over in about an hour. I was able to see the results the same day. There was a big plaster put below my chest. Also my nipple and armpit areas were covered with bandages. I stayed the night at the hospital and left for home the next day. I was asked to return a week later to get the plaster and stitches removed. It was during this time that I was able to get a proper look of my chest without anything covering it. And I was very happy with what I saw. The scars are small enough that one wouldn't notice unless they were looking for it. I've got nothing to complain about. Thanks to Dr. Karthik and his team for the excellent results they were able to deliver. I didn't feel any pain whatsover even post-op. The compression garment however was uncomfortable initially especially near the armpit regions. But I got used to it within a week. Special thanks to nurse Sushmita for checking in on me regularly and providing good care. I would recommend CPS to anyone looking to get gynaecomastia surgery done.

I was really worried about my issue for a long time, and after a lot of research I came across CPS few months back. I went to chennai plastic surgery for my ear lobe reduction and met Dr karthik Ram .He is a very friendly guy and explained everything regarding the surgery.i was bit scary and apprehensive regarding pain and all the stuff but he made me very comfortable and relaxed on the day of surgery.he even played some movie songs and discussed about movies and this made me totally forget about the pain .The whole procedure was very smooth and totally hassle free and I am very much satisfied about the result.
