I was suffering from back pain and radiating pain in the legs due to a disc bulge in the cervical region and a Vertebra shift ( spondolythesis) in the Lumber region of the spine which was causing severe pain . Wouldnt be able sit or stand for more than 10 minutes at a strech
For a person like me, who was a fitness enthusiast, with yoga, cycling and crossfit as a part of my routine, life became very restrictive and all my activities came to astandstill.
Tried various alterantive treatments without much relief untill a doctor friend suggested Dr. Prathap and boy am i glad to have found him as he has been a god sent blessing to me
He suggested 12 sessions for me and by the 5th session itself i was pain free.
As of today iam not onlly sitting waking comfortably and am also able to do 30 minutes of brisk walk and yoga.
