Mr Varghese Mathew is an RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist. I work with individuals with mental health concerns like depression and anxiety. I also work with couples having relationship and sexual concerns. I have a humanistic orientation in therapy and use therapy modalities like Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and Emotionally-focused therapy (EFT) in my practice. Initial sessions will be primarily evaluative, trying to understand your concerns in depth. Therapy offers you a safe space to discuss your concerns and help you in journey towards change.
