Shubhangi has been an incredible therapist, she makes me feel safe, validated and heard in her sessions. She's helped me get attuned to my emotions and given me better insight into my life. I feel like I know myself better and can cope with challenges in a healthier manner since going for therapy with her, she pushes me outside my comfort zone while also being empathetic and patient. I'm grateful for having her around.
She is empathetic and seeks to understand your concerns non judgementaly. Is queer affirmative and trauma informed. Has helped me cope with significant difficulties like childhood trauma, adjustment and relationship issues, anxiety and depression.
