Ms. Shruti Chaubey

My overall experience with Dr. Shruti has been extremely positive. She has a very friendly approach (helps immensely in opening up to your problems) and dedicates time & attention to listen to all your issues in detail.

Having visited her multiple time I can say that not only does she address your immediate concern but she also helps you discover the root cause of your problems & suggests measures to ensure that you don't end up with similar issues in the future.

All in all, I would recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate and effective psychological support.

I had around 6 - 7 sessions. She was friendly and the entire session progressed in a manner comfortable for me. She listened to my queries, doubts and issues completely in the first session. From the next session onwards, she started addressing my self doubts and overthinking issue. She made sure that I am stepping out of any session with a better clarity about the things I had doubt and reassured about my qualities and characters to myself. She has also suggested ways to overcome my overthinking issue and how move to forward with my career

It was quite a unique experience with Shruti. I had a sense of respect and the approach was not judgemental at any point. I have met quite a few of therapists in past, some of them talk things which are irrational or state the very obvious. However, Shruti was getting into what the underlying problems were. The revelations were generally around conflicts of multiple belief systems within my own head and then choices were left to me and she didn’t take a moral high ground to lecture me. I would highly recommend meeting her if you are looking for systematic, rationale and respectful way of therapy.

Shruti is extremely patient and listened to me throughout. I have had two sessions with her so far and I would be taking a few more. She helped me view my issues from a different and more rational perspective. She prescribed me tasks to be taken up to help me cope up. She was sweet enough to also check on me on a day I was particularly nervous about. She's a person one can readily open up infront of, without the fear of being judged.

Shruti is amazingly calm and patient. She maintains a safe space to share without judgement. Highly recommend for anyone considering therapy.

Wouldn't say it was dark, but it was certainly a strange time in my life. New job, new city, new people, moreover, newer surroundings.

Adjustments to this new environ coupled with the fact these changes had an adverse and unforeseen strain on a relatively new marriage. I was grappling with stress and uncertainity at all times. Sometimes, it became too much to bear with.

I was desparate for a guiding hand in these trying times and coming from a background where mental wellness is a facet of life which is unheard of, Dr. Shruti became a beacon of hope.

Her insights, perspectives and suggested activites have surely become a positive force in my life. Not only she is great at her work, but also a genuine human who actually cares for the well-being of people around her.

Word of advice to seekers of professional help- Please don't hesitate come to her. She has an innate ability to understand, dissect and rectify the issues you've been facing. It was a pleasant surprise for me and I hope others could benefit as well.

For somebody who took 2 years to seek help Ms Shruti has been very patient, friendly yet professional. My therapy with her is still going on and I see it working. The set up she has is relaxing in itself. She is really empathetic and that makes it a lot easier. I am glad I could seek help and find her as my therapist.
