When I first came across Atlas, I was looking for Chiropractic treatment for my leg injury and shoulder pain. However, when I read about Dr. Ritika Patel, a physiotherapist, I felt that she would be the right person to fix me up. I had terrible pain in my right knee that was radiating to hips and also a longstanding cervical spondylosis issue that got exacerbated with a recent shoulder injury. Right from the first session, she was extremely efficient at understanding the problem and contrary to my expectation that first session would just be consultation, she got right into the treatment immediately. Although the treatment itself involves dry needling, deep tissue massage which can be painful for someone who has not undergone something so intensive, I could feel a great relief after the initial few hours. It might be a little difficult to get appointment with her, as most of her slots get booked for days in advance, but I did not want to go anywhere else, I knew she was the right person for me after such a long time and it was worth the wait. Each session is focused and progressive, so each time, I would feel better and more confident. She is very kind, listens to problems and gets to the problem area within no time. She not just works on you, but also advises on the right diet, the correct exercise plan. My treatment was a combination of the initial pain alleviation and later on, rehab exercises to gain strength in my legs and shoulders. Before I came to her, I had almost given up on my neck thinking that I will have to live with the nagging pain for the rest of my life. But with regular strength training and practicing the exercises she has prescribed regularly, I feel that the pain has not returned. I am writing this review after completing the entire prescribed plan of about 15 physio sessions and I can truly make out the difference. Due to her insistence, I regularly started strength training and focused on my posture. She would ensure that I follow the right routine, helped me with the equipment and always ready to answer my questions. I can confidently say that today I am almost pain-free and I am working towards a better, fitter and more confident version of myself. In a way, she has not just fixed my problem, she has encouraged me to regularly workout to stay out of pain. I am deeply indebted to Dr. Ritika and would like to express my gratitude to her. Regarding Atlas, they are quite professional and able to fix appointments, however, it would be best to keep a good relation directly with the doctors as well.

I met with an accident and damaged my knee (3 ligaments ruptured badly). The doctor had initially suggested surgery. I was not in a position to walk when I met Dr. Pratap Addageethala. He suggested me to go for physiotherapy for 6 weeks with Dr. Ritika Patel. It has been 5 weeks now since the physiotherapy started and I'm doing great now. I am able to walk very comfortably and also do all my day-to-day activities very well.
Dr. Ritika Patel is doing a great job. She is very well organised and very friendly too. She has also helped me gain confidence in doing my activities.
Looking at my progress now, the doctor says I don't have to get a surgery and this boosted my confidence even more!

The attention that I received from Ritika over the last 6 weeks has been superb. I have been undergoing a determined, confident and thinking therapy from her. She has been patient, efficient and for me, simply a GOD send. To be honest when I first visited her I didn’t have much hope. I had been to 2 neurologists, 3 orthopaedics and a couple of physiotherapists as well. All were well-meaning people but none managed to diagnose nor cure my pain. I received temporary relief because all focused on symptoms and not the cause.
Several times I have been in tears due to my inability to be properly functional. It’s remarkable how chronic pain can affect one psychologically. Six weeks on, I am 75% there... not bad given how chronic my pain was.
I am impressed with the way Ritika analyses my problem and is doing a personalised exercise program with me which is proving to be very beneficial.
I am lucky to find Ritika. I feel at home and in good hands!!!!

As a runner I'm prone to lower body injuries. The one troubling for the last few months was my shin. On recommendation of my coach I visited Dr.Ritika, first only for KT taping and later for full rehab. She's very friendly, ever smiling and ever approachable. You can ask her the silliest doubts about your legs and she will patiently explain. After only 3 sessions I could run more freely with just barely any pain in my shin. 2 more sessions of dry needling and the pain almost vanished. She shares a lot of other info on stretches and rolling. She also specializes in dry tissue massages. Would recommend her.

I went to Dr.Ritika Patel for my chronic neck and occipital headaches which I have been experiencing since 4 to 5 years now. Treatment by her has had improvement with my pains which I was suffering daily but now there are good days. I really like the way she works - through elimination - by asking about daily progress or weekly progress and categorically works based on those inputs* *** ***** ********* ** **** **** *** she uses manual therapy which I found it very effective on the muscular pain I was experiencing. Her other skills like dry needling, awareness of techniques like CST, strengthening exercises etc showed her vast knowledge, interest and experience in her field which she uses aptly combines with physiotherapy on her clients. She has a very objective and empathetic approach to the pain her clients are facing and helps them get better. I am still not 100% pain free since I have completed only a few weeks of physiotherapy, but I feel my prolonged association with her will help me reach there.
