Reducing weight

My height is 5'0. And weight is 69.6 KGS.. And mother to 5 yrs old.. What should be the ideal weight for me.. I have just joined gym where I do treadmill cycling elliptical machine and some floor exercises.. But I'm just not getting even 1/2 kg reduced..I need a diet plan that I can follow easily..should I skip dinner or have it early.. How many chapatis should i eat at what time.. Diet for controlled weight loss

I have 90 kg weight and 6.1" height. I want to lose 15 kg weight, with controlled diet and proper exercise. I currently exercise 1 hour 6 days a week, and follow a normal diet. Under weight

Sir I have lactose intolerant.that's why I won't drink milk and coffee (or) tea sir, but can I eat curd sir? And one more question sir when I eat chapati puri my stomach irritating sir, and I need to go stools more than daily sir two or three times. That's why am decreasing weight sir, so I need to avoid wheat sir? And sometimes I will drink lemon water with salt or sugar sir or with food also that time also my stomach will irritate sir so what I need to do sir. I don't know which one I have to eat which one I have to avoid sir, (my age 24, female, and my height 159cms my weight 43 sir.)
