My bowels don't get emptied in the morning. I feel bloated all day. I have to take dump 4 times through out the day to get light. Stools are not hard and I dont even try hard to pass them. Just that bowels movement occurs 4 times a day approximately. It maybe after or before eating. I take muesli and yakult probiotic milk every morning. Still no result.

I have started Ketogenic Diet since 5 days, and have been following it very strictly. But i extremely weak and hence cannot work out too, have developed chest pains, and can feel its due to gas and am having bouts of loose motion i.e not through out the day, but one time a day, and then it goes back to normal. But the weakness persists, and it's severe. Will not working out increase my weight and affect adversely?

Meeting Ms Ranjani was the best thing happened to me this year. I had to look fit and turn healthy rather than losing weight alone. I was not able to do in spite of being aware of healthy foods.
