While being very passionate on the football field I suffered from ACL ligament tear. I took physiotherapy treatment for 2 months at the hospital that I was diagnosed but my knee was still buckling. I then realized that though it was a reputed ortho hospital the physiotherapy services for me were very ineffective as I kept doing the same set of exercises for two months without any progress.
