Dr. Prateek heard my issue very calmly. Each session he use to look after what exercises I am doing and what new can be included. He also suggested about the posture that I need to maintain.

Dr.Neetu understood my problem and helped me in all my exercises each day. She suggested me few home exercises as well. She is very caring and she use to listen my issue on each session and accordingly she use treat. I am happy to have her as my POC at Zelus.

While being very passionate on the football field I suffered from ACL ligament tear. I took physiotherapy treatment for 2 months at the hospital that I was diagnosed but my knee was still buckling. I then realized that though it was a reputed ortho hospital the physiotherapy services for me were very ineffective as I kept doing the same set of exercises for two months without any progress. As it was not working out for me I searched on Practo for a Physio with the best rating and reviews and decided to try Zelus.

On taking an appointment, Dr. Pratik explained very clearly and politely what I need and charted a 3 months plan after which he assured me I will be back on the football and badminton field. I was startled that on Day 1 of Physio session itself he set my knee right and I was able to walk normally without buckling. Dr Pratik and his staff were extremely sensitive, polite and caring throughout while giving me Sports Physiotherapy to help me recover completely from my ACL tear. I started with range of motion and strengthening exercises and later progressed to agility and neuro muscular training specific to the sports which I wanted to play. It was very heartening to see Dr Pratik give me confidence and motivation that I would recover well every time he helps me do the physio. Another big advantage is that Zelus has 5 branches and we are given the flexibility to avail the physio from any of the branches at no extra cost. That way I could strike my work life balance by taking sometimes from near to my office and sometimes near to my home.

I am on the last month of my physio and I am delighted to share that I will be hitting the Football field and badminton court next month. Kudos to Zelus.

*** **** ************* ********* ** ********** In the modern day when it is very difficult to trust a doctor or a clinic, these guys are an exception. They do not do something different like giving major discounts but are genuine and follow the basic principles.

Dr Pratik is a remarkable person **** ***** ********* *** very cool way of explaining things. He first allows the patient to describe their problems, looks into prescription if any, then asks his questions, assesses the movements, range and strength in simple steps to come to a conclusion and suggest the treatment.

His way of treatment can seem longer but is natural and promising.

I had a shoulder injury- dislocation(right) while mishandling my motorbike. After 3 weeks of immobiliser I was asked to see a Physio therapist. I am very particular in selecting my consultants and after seeing 2 physio therapists, I went to Pratik. Pratik took his time, assessed me and explained to me what is possible and how much time to do it. Just like all other clinics and treatment centres they have plans but let me highlight this: I was NOT pushed or compelled to take one. I was given the choice to chose and no discussions whatsoever. Do you need anything else to say they are not money minded?

I have seen great progress and have achieved full range and motion on my shoulder, as of now. We are still working on improving the strength and I am quite confident about the results.

I reached out to Dr. Prateek as my mother had undergone bilateral TKR and a couple of key parameters were not improving and I was worried.

He did a thorough evaluation and chalked out a plan with goals & timelines. He assigned Physiotherapist Kavipriya (under his supervision) to work with my mother. Within a week I started to see measurable improvements and after a month my mother showed marked improvement overall (Range of motion, mobility & balance); her confidence also improved. I must mention throughout this time; Dr. Prateek did regular check ins & answered all my queries patiently. I am happy with the outcome and will definitely recommend Dr. Prateek.

I had a chronic lower back pain for past fourteen years. Till date I had tried almost all the possible treatments, but none of that had helped.
