The purpose of my visit was primarily to release the loads of bottled up negative emotions without having the fear of getting judged or misunderstood. On that note Ms Roy served as an excellent listener. She listened to me very carefully and seemed to fully understand the issues. She explained to me some coping strategies and drew analogies from her life which made me feel comfortable. I felt extremely relaxed and optimistic after the session.

She is an amazing recipricator of understood information and also (in the best way possible) a great manipulator if using information given to assist with problems. For instance she expressed anger is a natural feeling, made me feel she understood my view, but she also made me realize anger in excess is damaging to myself and those around me. The ladies who run Mind Research foundation are amazing and I would recommend 10/10 times to everyone I know needing support through times of needing reassurance or assistance with day to day life.

Ms Deepanwita is an excellent counsellor. The best thing about her she doesn't label her clients. She's sharp to find out the root cause of the problem and how to cope up in real life situations. The examples she uses is very helpful . She's kind and very understanding. She is much appreciated for all the effort she takes to change lives . Thank you very much.
Visited For Marriage/ Marital Counselling
Hoped for better: Doctor friendlinessTreatment satisfactionValue for money
We visited for marital counselling to deal with the emotional turmoil following infidelity in the marriage. Deepanwita was harsh and judgmental. At one point, she even told the partner who had been betrayed that they must have done something wrong or had some shortcoming, which is what caused the other partner to stray. That is an extremely insensitive and unprofessional thing to say, especially when the spouse in question is already in a fragile emotional state and in tears during the session. She offered no concrete advice, and just repeated our words back to us.** **** **** ********** ** *** ****** ******** ** ****** ******* ** ************ ************ A lot more sensitivity is required, and we were terribly disappointed with the session. Would not recommend.
