Ms. Aditi Mahesh

Dr Aditi Mahesh is really professional. Her attention to details in our conversation is very impressive. Though I have just been seeing her for the last two months, there has been a significant improvement in me. She really makes me feel comfortable and its very easy to have a conversation with her. I was really nervous before starting counselling, but she has really made this processes easy and stress free. She has taken time on every topic i wanted to talk about, she has a lot of patience and does not rush through anything. I highly recommend seeing her if anyone has similar problems as me.

I've been talking to Dr Aditi Mahesh over the last month and I must tell you that it is going great. I have spoken to quite a few therapists in the past, but this experience stands out, cause it has been programmed around actionables and not just talk. Aditi is smart, thoughtful, empathetic and what I like the most about, is that she keeps it REAL! Ever since the first session, where she heard me out, we have been working on various techniques to deal with my situation and most importantly looking at a situation with a different lens. Ms. Aditi is very friendly and patient. I was very comfortable talking about my issues with her. She ensures that everything is explained well and understood. On day one all my concerns were listed and the sessions were conducted accordingly. The sessions were fruitful and the activities were doable.

Ms.Aditi was very patient and supportive throughout the sessions. She listened to all the concerns and planned sessions to address them all, one at a time. Even on days where it was difficult for me to speak up or be involved, she gave the space and time or even postponed sessions to other days on my convenience. The methods and activities she took me through really helped me face/overcome my issues(still working on a few). I’m really thankful to her and recommend consulting her.

Ms. Aditi Mahesh is a very competent *** ************* therapist. She is very kind, compassionate, empathetic and extremely patient. She is also very calm. All these qualities are very important for patients who (like me) have anxiety issues and / or stress. From the very first session, I felt I was in really good hands so I immediately agreed to schedule a program of 6 more sessions.

All the sessions are well structured and she explains very well what we are going to do in each session, as well as keeps asking me if I have any questions or doubts.

She has taught me a lot of techniques / exercises to cope with my anxiety issues and we are also working on self compassion. She has already helped me so much because I was in a bad state of mind when I met her first. Thanks to her I'm able to do things that I wouldn't dare to 4 weeks ago! I highly recommend Ms. Aditi Mahesh. Her patience, friendliness and kindness are wonderful. She is very professional as well and always on time.
