Some of us reach a point in life where we forgot who we are, what we are here for and find ourselves in a totally different place than what we thought the path we chose would take us to. I met Padmini in one of those down times. Hopelessness, helplessness, suicidal thoughts, severe depression and crying spells were few of the symptoms to start with. My marriage wasn't going well and I was in & out of depression for 10 years. I told her I couldn't remember anything positive about my marriage or life and all I can see is negativity and hopelessness. I had been to multiple psychologists and psychiatrists in the past, without much success. Most of them would use a one-size-fits-all approach and common sense suggestions that we can get from any self-help books.

Padmini is very supportive in her approach. She listens to your issues very patiently and give very easy solutions for the same. She gives you many opportunities to speak your heart out infront of her so that she can know you better. You can go and tell your problems to her and she can list down everything to very basic level so that everything is clear without any things around it. That really gives you a clarity about what is happening and what do you want. She makes you talk about your problems and then slowly make you only talk about the possible solutions. Sessions with her are really helpful.

Padmini listened very well when I shared my problems about relating to people. I felt heard. She gently guided me towards understanding my own personality, strengths and weaknesses.
