Sthira holistic health centre is one of the best choice I ever made. I approached this centre as suggested by one of my family friend. I had lower back pain (disc herniation of L5-S1 disc). Here, I was adviced to take acupuncture treatment along with the physiotherapy for few days and I started feeling better from the day 1 itself. Along with the treatment, I tried to follow all the advices given by the doctor which also helped me a lot to recover faster. The Doctor is very patient, friendly and gives a very comfortable feel to express all your problems. The treatment given here is also with care and feels like a family. In my experience, in addition to the treatment, I was given the best advice and support to many of my other issues along with the primary concern of back pain. I highly recommend this centre.

I got into Viral arthiritis 6 weeks ago. I had moderate joint pain in hands and feet. Condition persisted for 6 weeks. I consulted with Dr Padmanabha. He asked me to do blood tests for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. The doctor had a long conversation on the procedure and how its going to help me. Patiently answered all my questions.

He then proceeded with Acupuncture treatment. It took 1 hour end to end with 30 mins of actual treatment. He took lot of care on me and was trying to refine the procedure to relieve my pain. I have not seen a doctor who cares about his patient so much in my entire life time. Kudos to the treatment I feel much better after 5 sessions. Very happy with the experience.

My family and I regularly visit Dr Shettigara. He is extremely patient, a keen listener/ observer and draws evidence based conclusions not only regarding present symptoms but also on lifestyle, diet and other background data. His expertise in various aspects of the medical field is evident from his experience in India and abroad. Treatments are given not only for symptoms but also for lifestyle, aptly called holistic health approach. My father (aged 62) and I have both taken succesful physiotherapy treatments from him. I had a total of 7 sessions and I had facial nerve issue on the right side of my face now I'm able to control all of my upper muscles but still need improvement on my lower facial muscles I would recommend you to consult this clinic for any nerve queries.

i took physiotherapy treatment from dr padmanabha shettigar for my tennis elbow of right hand and frozen shoulder at left hand... and took accupuncture treatment for my cold urticaria. he gave me both the treatments in two courses each of 10 days in one month. my tennis elbow pain and frozen shoulder pain were almost vanished in one month after second course..my cold urticaria is reduced to a lot extent now and i am managing without any anti histemin tablets.i am very thankful to dr shettigar for treating me.he is very genuinly committed to his profession and has expertise in his field. he has a deep concern and compassion towards his patients. he was kind enough to treat me at my home as i was not in a position to travel to his clinic during mt treatment. my my

I went to Dr. Padmanabha for physiotherapy for impinged nerve in the shoulder. I took 3 sessions and feeling much better already and pain has come down completely. Dr. Padmanabha takes the time out to explain the medical condition and addresses the issue at root level, not just at relieving the symptoms. The clinic setup is immaculate with high emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. Dr. Padmanabha goes out all the way to ensure that the treatment provided is holistic in the true sense - guiding you about the diet, exercises and additional care to be taken.
