Doctor Lavanya is your messiah if you are looking at a weight loss programme in a structured way . She is committed and passionate to the point of handholding you until you can make clean eating habits independently . I started my consultations on the 21st of November 2019 with a weight of 82 kgs . I weigh 75 kgs now in February 2020 . I wanted a slow rate weight loss of no more than 2 kgs a month and she was fully supportive of that . She has helped me understand my plate of food in a way that today going out means stepping out on a full stomach and not eating junk . I highly recommend her as a nutritionist and dietician because she patiently understands the lifestyle needs and consistent ways of keeping one true and committed to their goals . Lavanya is one such doctor who gives her best to her profession. Ever since we met her for the first time, her friendly attitude helped us understand the problem, where did we lag behind, and where do we start from now. Throughout my weight loss program, she guided me through a healthy diet course, regular exercising tips and how do we do such stuff with almost all day spent in office.
