Before consulting Dr Anitha, i had consulted a few other physiotherapists online but they just advised me to stop my workout and said it's just a minor cramp and apply some topical solution which didn't convince me as I felt this pain was more than just a cramp as i was now unable to even fold my hand to perform my routine activities like brushing, shaving or even operating my mobile phone.Basically the flexer muscle which helps you to lift any kind of weight was in a terrible pain.
My first consultation was a video call on 12th June through Practo where I explained the pain points and a little history on how my bicep and fore-arm pain started.
Dr Anitha patiently listened to what I had to say about my injury and historical events associated with it. She accurately diagnosed the problem as a Brachioradialis muscle tear/rupture which was at a very interim stage and there were chances to recover without any surgical intervention. She advised me to first allow a weeks time to heal , quit any heavy weights and monitor and if the pain persists there will be need to visit any physiotherapist clinic for an ultrasound treatment which will promote the muscle healing.
I waited for a week but as there was not much of a progress, I decided to visit her at the clinic and get the recommended treatment. After a week's treatment the pain has almost reduced to 5% and now I am in the process of recovering my muscle with help of stretches recommended by the doctor for another 3 weeks and would slowly start lifting weights too.
Dr Anitha goes highly recommended when it comes to diagnosis accuracy.
I found her very friendly and a true professional. God Bless you Dr.

****** *** ** *** **** **************** ** ********** Doctor is an expert with her treatments & is committed to helping you heal. Follow her advice, instructions & exercises to see pain relief within 2 weeks.
I met doctor complaining of severe right knee catches/buckling & excruciating pain while folding the knee for basic tasks like climbing stairs etc. She was positive from Day 1 that this issue is fixable if we act fast & encouraged me that age was on my side. She clearly explained the reasons for the pain & began helping me correct my body posture too! Her positivity & advice helped me love and care for my body differently each day. There is never a dull moment around her, she is very experienced & intelligent with her interactions.
Dr.Anitha was recommended by my mother's friend & i would definitely recommend her to anyone willing to follow her advice with timely treatment to heal themselves.
Thank you doctor for your support & expertise to help me stand straight with my head held high again!
You are a miracle worker!

Hoped for better: Explanation of the health issue
My Wife had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain from quiet a long time. After the recommendation from a renowned doctor we had decided to go ahead for physiotherapy.
Based on Practo's portal percentage (e.g. 98% in this case) we decided to go ahead with Doctor Anitha.
My wife started with physio sessions. But to my surprise, everyday she came back home with drowsiness and gradually lost control of her body. When I enquired about the sessions, I came to know that the Dr. was everyday giving her the same treatment with the Cathode & electrode forming some magnetic field from the infected area over the shoulder. The only difference was the intensity varied from day to day. We stopped it after 3 days. When I told Dr. about my Wife's condition, she simply told "It might be due to Low pressure". We even checked my wife's pressure, it was normal. Within a couple of days her pain was back with same intensity.
I request everyone please do not only go with the rating of Doctor.Do not commit the same mistake.

Anitha is a phenomenal physiotherapist. I’m a powerlifter with a long lasting set of shoulder injuries that were affecting my big lifts. Anitha’s intervention not only is healing my shoulder but she also identified that my upper back was stiff. Two months of needling my upper back enabled me to add 50 kilos to my Deadlift. I’ve never had such progression in a lift after the first year or two of lifting. I’m in year 5 now. The needling sessions fixed my posture because of which Deadlifts have become much, much easier.
Coming back to my shoulder injury, I benched pain free for the first time today. This pain had been persisting for more than a year. Another week or two of rehab should get me going just fine. I highly recommend her if you have mobility issues or pain of any sort.

I suffered from frost bite in my hand when I travelled through Ladakh, it was a minor issue but I was unable to move my finger and thumb after a certain degree. Had booked appointment with her after going through her profile and her experience.
She treated in a very different way, though the treatment hurts but she makes the patient comfortable and I suppose that's what matters in physiotherapy.
She make sure that you do your regular physiotherapy exercises. After some 15 sessions I have completely recovered and have inculcated a lot of back and wrist exercises in my daily routine.

I have been suffering from chronic lower back pain, stiffness, fatigue and sleep issues over the last few months, for which I had consulted two other physiotherapists, but to no avail. Dr Anitha was highly recommended by a friend of mine who had been treated by her. She listened very patiently and diagnosed the problem as fibromyalgia, and prescribed physical exercises, dietary modification, posture improvement and some techniques for relaxation including some basic yogasanas. Over the last two weeks, there has been a substantial reduction in pain and I have begun to carry out basic activities which had been difficult before. I highly recommend Dr Anitha for her experience, professionalism and amazing diagnostic ability.
