I am suffering continuous conflict in my mind and facing stammering from childhood it affected my confidence and self-esteem extreamly in that situation at the age of 26 I met dr Nachiketh he is all my hope and belief

He made me feel comfortable to speak and allowed me to experience my feelings deeply.

He filled the gap of not having close friends and guiding parent and he made me to speak with more conviction and courage with my friends and relatives

He helped me to find emotions that are reasons for low quality life and joyfulness now I am able to replace with pleasant emotions

He made me to accept my internal beauty and sources to live complete life and to express joy in the world

Now I can acknowledge my life as it is and my fairness in my face also

I feel free to speak and take new actions everyday I can create many surprises for my self in outside world

As doctor he created healthy and secured relationship with me

I am very proud about my courage of meeting person like Nachiketh even though I born in small village called Halasinamaradapalya

I very happy and fulfilled

Now I don't fight in mind but I take actions in the world

My experience has been very traumatic with this counselor. After my first session ,the therapist had send a feedback form wherein i filled out my feedback honestly wherein i did mention the things that helped me and also the things that did not help me in the session( he made statements which was inappropriate)

I assumed he was a therapist and he will be able to clarify ** * *** *********** ***

When i came for the second session the therapist was very angry and offended about the feedback i have written. And he started talking about the feedback which was completely different from what i have written. And i tried clarifying that what he is saying is not what i wrote and he was not ready to listen.

Instead he cut the conversation by saying " I am the leader and there is no empathy in couple therapy".

My husband who was there with me in the second session also said to me he is taking your feedback very personally and ****** * ********* ******* *** ** ** ***** * **** *** ********He was not ready to listen to me *** *** ****** ****** ***** *** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* ********** *** ** * ******* ******* ******

I entered the therapy not knowing what to expect. I was expecting that through this therapy, we would know what is right and what is wrong. A box would be drawn and anything falling out of it is wrong.

Very early on with the sessions, I understood that it is more as to what I see and what my partner sees. There were no boxes and no boundaries. I learnt that, being kind is not bounding. Rather, having more freedom, strength and security about myself helps me be more kind. This was possible only because Nachiketha made us feel comfortable enough to share our thoughts without hinderance. Every thought and feedback of ours was taken positively and the changes were brought in the following sessions.

Through every session, I felt I was in control of how the sessions go and what result to expect. My feedback and my feelings were given enough importance in every session.

I also had thought I may have to take up sessions for years getting little to no progress. But, with just a span of 1.5 months, we are at a place where we know what the next step needs to be. This especially makes me feel that the client's interest was given the highest priority. Every session was conducted with the interest of making as much progress as possible.

Not just in the session, even through texts, Nachiketha was extremely patient to be support of me through this though times. Everyday, I was looking forward to these sessions, especially in the beginning, Because these sessions addressed my feelings and problems and I felt heard.

I am also extremely thankful to have learnt from Nachiketha what it takes to listen effectively and to confide/confront without triggering.

I went to Dr Vinod at my lowest. I was in an emotionally abusive marriage. I did not realise how toxic it was until I started therapy with Dr Vinod. He has been a great support throughout the separation. I’ve grown to be independent. I’m so grateful to have found him. Just thanks would not describe my gratitude to him !! I also realised how important it is to have a right therapist at wrong time !!

He is extremely good at understanding and getting to the root cause of the problems. Therapy with him has been a journey of self discovery and a window into the world I did not see before.
