I thought weight loss is a myth, till I met Dr. Nafisa. I had tried many diet plans and many suggestions for almost 4 years but none of them worked. Then i thought of giving a try with professional Dietitian and found First eat right rated well in many online reviews. I met the doctor and opted for 3 month support plan for 17k, which they have mentioned in their website too.

I started the diet and results were unbelievable. First 2 weeks I lost 4 kg and subsequently 1 KG every week consistently. I did have few non-diet weeks due to travel and gained weight in those weeks and compensated in the following weeks. My program ended on 9th Jan. I lost total 12 KGs in 3 months and I hardly felt that I was on a diet. Doc gives the food chart according to our food culture, so almost everything you love is included in the diet plan, which makes it easier to follow except when we are in front of some extremely tempting food items. 😂

During this whole program, I not only lost weight but also gained back my charm and looked 5 yrs younger (as per feedback from my friends 😋). Walking and proper food, really helped me gain back my confidence and fit in my old dresses.

Results were miraculous. Even the Dietitian supporting us in WhatsApp was very helpful and patient. Understood my cravings and situations and also she was well versed with different types of food we consume in our routine. That helped me clarify my doubts even faster. E.g in North Karnataka, we eat a chutney powder called Agasi chutney which is not familiar to other parts in india. But my Dietitian was aware of that and that gave me confidence about her study. 😃

I live overseas and had a video call initially with the doctor. During my first consultation, she was very patient in listening to my list of issues - overweight, my unhealthy diet intake and daily fatigue.

I opted for a 3 month plan. Doctor has prescribed the diet plan as per my normal food intake(South Indian). I have started the diet, exercise plan and the results were incredible.. I have lost that stubborn weight which I was not able to lose for the past 12 years. It felt so good to wear my favourite old dresses :-). I was very skeptical about losing weight. I had tried multiple ways in last 4-5 years such as exercise, google diet and going to Dietian one time. I was having continuous back pain that was another reason to go for it . When I took first consultation that time too I was not 100 % sure that it will work. I thought let’s give a try for 4 month plan . After first consultation lot of data was collected about my eating habit as well as full body test was done to check my body vitals However when diet plan was arrived to my surprise, I was advised eat more than I use to eat and dedicated Dietian was available 6 days 9 hour a week over watsup. When some food item is not suiting me and I use to get replacement food and queries were resolved within 30 mins . There was very minimal restrictions on food along with 45 - 75 mins walking . To be truthful I was able to follow 80 % in 2 month in first 2 month and after coz diwali and festive season it came down to 60 % . Even with this I was able to loose 12 kg in 4 month course. As well as back pain is also improved.

Hello, I started my program in the months on November, 2019 and after consulting Dr. Nafeesa she suggested that 9 months of weight loss program will help me lose weight and also I had hormonal imbalance due to which I had put on alot of weight. When I consulted Dr. Nafeesa I weighed 79.2 kgs and now with the help of the diet prescription and with the 9 months of my weight loss program I have lost 17.2 kgs. It’s not just the diet that we need to follow but also regular exercise and walking as suggested by the First Eat Right team and also it was very easy for me to make any queries in regards with the diet as I had a dietician who would check on me and on my diet and also my weight every week. So I am very very satisfied with the results and Dr. Nafeesa and her team has been very supportive throughout the whole weight loss program and helped me get fit and healthy.
