Dr Nafeesa is a doctor with a clear vision and a faultless methodology. When I had a first consultation with her for weight loss, she took into account all my medical conditions and lifestyle habits and then tailored a program for me to lose weight sustainably in 6 months. I lost 10kg and have a very positive body image now apart from feeling light and active.
