i am taking my time to share my experience with this clinic and doctors hoping that i would be able to help atleast a few pet owners save their pups lives. i had my 60 day old dachshund pup taken to his clinic and it was such a bad decision i had taken which costed me the LIFE OF MY PET. i had chosen this vet as i recently shifted to this area and this clinic was the closest to my house. when i took my pup to the clinic, the only issue my pet had was that it just passed lose stools once and vomited once and after that he did not eat for a day. so when i took him to the vet, they asked me if he had blood stools as such and i said no, and then they said the common virus infections are parvo and gastro and hence he started treating the pup for gastro. the doctors appear to seem so confident and so professional and experienced ***** ***** **** *** **** in 2 days, he was given drips three times and the parvo test kit wasnt available on day 1 which he said he would get it the second day and he failed to get the kit on the second day as well and hence gave drips again and asked me to feed him ORS all night. on the third morning they had the kit and the test was done by the helper guy instead of the doctor himself and then declared the pup to be positive, i.e. they said it has the parvo viral infection whereas the test result when checked by another doctor and on google, said negative. ******** *** ******* ***** ***** **** *** ** ********* *** ****** ** ** ******* **** ***** ** ** ****** ** * ********* **** *** *** ******* * *** ** **** ***** *** ******* ***** ***** *** ** ** *********** ***** * ****** ***** ** **** ******* *** *** **** ******* ** *** ****** ***** ****** ***** ****** **** *** ******* **** **** **** ****** ******. a

After the test, they immediately gave drips again when the pup actually had no blood. he was totally anemic for which the doctors paid no heed. after i took the pup to the clinic, only then did he start passing blood stools *** ** **** ******** ***** ** **** since my pup did not show any improvement for their treatment and infact was becoming worse, so i decided to take him to another vet near khamakya named prakruthi clinic where the doctor is quite famous and also treats the pets very professionally. i asked him to redo all tests and he had done the parvo test and the distemper test and also an intersussception test by scanning and diagonised that there was no major infection or illness with him but due to some wrong treatment given, he has lost a lot of blood which the pup wouldnt have lost even if it was actually infected. the pup was too weak to be treated and he needed a blood transfusion which was supposed to be arranged the next morning but the doctor warned me that the pup was too weak and may not make it till the next day. and as said, the pup could not make it. i could have got a post mortem done for my pup to file a case against this bannerghatta pet clinic and on the concerned doctors (Dr. KARTHIK, Dr.ABHILASH and Dr.NAGESH REDDY) but i couldnt think of getting my pup cut and all that as he had suffered enough. i had gone to the clinic and trusted the doctors completely and finally i was so disappointed on knowing that i got my pup killed just because i got him to the wrong clinic. we as common people trust the vets that they know what they are doing, but even when proved wrong, the doctor, especially Dr. KARTHIK had no minimum curteousy to admit his fault and even apologise and still tried to defend his mistake and hs not been ready to accept or learn from his mistake. i am sure there must have been many cases where many pups must have died due to their carelessness and unprofessionalism. i just just shared my bad experience with this clinic and the doctors here and i hope this review of mine would help save another pups life atleast. i am no rival to this clinic and am just a pet owner who lost his pet becasue of their carelessness. you can always call me on 9620850598 if you would like to know anything else.
