Dear Sir,
As per Annual Medical Check-Up, I have done the USG Abdomen in “Medicover Hospital, Indrayani Nagar, Bhosari” on 16.06.2023
and Dr. Kiran Sudhare (Consultant Radiologist) is clearly mentioned in report regarding the condition of kidneys is OK no calculus/stones are noticed
I have gone through serious stomach pain and urinary difficulties on 24/25.06.2023, So admitted to Hospital on 25.06.2023, by Dr. advice
had sonography for Stomach , kidney, Bladder and urinary line and Sonography report is attached in that there are 3 stones/calculus (7mm) is appeared in kidney.
My serious concern, regarding this discrepancy in diagnosis done by ‘Medicover Hospital” on 16.06.2023 by Dr. Kiran Sudhare,
which turned out to be different and lead to this serious situation.
Request to concern person to look into the matter seriously and take correct measure and action and ensure such discrepancies are not reported in future
