The appointments are very unorganized and not timely. The waiting time is way too much. Out of the few times when im early for an appointment, they eventually increase my waiting time more.For one certain issue I had to make 2-3 visits to the clinic which was very inconvenient for me, as travelling became hectic for me. They can surely improve on this very fact. My doc is very good but these little things affect me more.
Hoped for better: Treatment satisfaction
Got denture for 2 of my missing teeth, paid 8k, now the denture is lying without use. Total loss of time(visited 16 times and over 1&1/2 months) will not recommend to anyone
