I highly recommend this clinic in Bangalore. I work in sitting position for long hours and long days as my job demands. My family started noticing my neck is bending forward and hump was developing in my back. I always had upper back pains and shoulder pains. I took lot of medicines and ayurvedic massage for the pain in Kerala. Almost neglecting it for years now I visited Posture clinic after doing lot of research about Dr. Pooja and this clinic. She has a good instinct I must say. She checked me and told it can be Ankylosing spine and I should go for some blood test. I was little skeptical about her because she also asked me for list of tests.
Wrist pains are the worse I have faced for 6+months.After I was injured in cult fitness center while doing my regular workouts in group. I was wearing the wrist belt given by a doctor for 2months .Also took medicines. But the pain lasted every time I moved my hand and slowly it kept increasing. A physiotherapist in HSR tried some treatment and increased my pain 10 times. Scared of doctors and therapists I tried home remedies also for few days. Finally one of my friend suggested Posture clinic. Dr . Vaishnavi saw me and did some check. She told me the wrist belt I was wearing was wrong one and to change it immediately. And the problem is now chronic and has to be treated from neck to get pain relief. I agreed for treatment and started sessions. After 10 days when i removed my wrist support I felt very very less pain and little pain was remaining when I put my body weight on wrist. She assured even that pain will go after strengthening.
After years of struggle with my pains in both hips and full spine, I had given up on recovery and also on all the doctors. MRI reported no problem but it was hunting so much i cant explain. Doctors after looking at MRI put me on painkillers and steroids. During covid times things became worse. Few of my family friends suggested to visit Posture clinic as it is trustworthy. On consultation with Pooja, I decided to carry on with treatment there. Pooja explained me her way of treatment and planned it right before me. This I haven't seen with any other doctor. She also educated me on some ways Do's and Don't for my lifestyle. For my wonders, the treatment started working well for me .It was a little long process but i must admit I have been carrying the pain for years now. Pooja very well says "Give time to your body to heal itself". With more than 80% relief and completely changed lifestyle I'm writing this review so that my words can help someone like me to reach the right place .
I went to the Posture Clinic as I have having continuous back pain. My work involves sitting infront of a laptop for major part of the day. I had pain in a couple of spots on and off near my hips and shoulder blades were stiff. Dr. Pooja first heard my issues, then she checked my posture and identified exactly what the pain was. She recommended treatment and exercises. The treatment for 2 days relieved me from the back pain and the team has been working on helping me correct my posture. I would recommend Posture Clinic to anyone. These folks are really committed to helping people improve their health.
