This is going to be long because I had myriad of health issues !!! I think i have taken all antibiotics available on this planet.

Overview :

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr.Pooja and Dr.Anagha, her clinic/studio.The Clinic is clean and they run on time. . I am football player and during my professional match i partially tore my ligament (ACL & MCL). Few months after i had my inguinal hernia operated. This is when i realized i am heading nowhere with this lifestyle.

Instances of Pooja Midas touch on my health problems:

1). One night i had piriformis muscle catch during football match. i visited posture clinic and consulted Pooja. She listened to my problem with high amount of patience and i had self assurance in my mind that i am in right hands. This got proved probably a week after i was all fine and i could sit and move easily with her treatment and simple stretching exercises. At first instance itself I was impressed with my experience at Posture clinic with their way of dealing with patients.

2). She educated me how important exercises are for a human being with this stressed life everyday. I gave no ears at that particular time but next was something more serious and this time i had to get inguinal hernia operated due to my weak abdominal muscles. Pooja called me and consoled me that this surgery is very common and i will be fine soon. This shows her true caring and concerned towards her patients which we hardly see today in Bangalore.

3). After recovering from my surgery the first thing i did is taking an appointment to meet Pooja. I met her and she did my overall health assessment and showed me what i am up to with my health. She suggested me to go and try out Pilates. i had no clue what Pilates is and infact i was hearing it for first time. Eventually i started classes with her and it started working like charm. Slowly Pilates is taking control over me. ***** *** ***** **** *** ********* *** her way of educating her patients is second to none. She always believe in holistic approach for patients health and i could see in me now. I was so lazy to even pick a glass of water from kitchen but now i work without showing any tiredness and slowly my things are back on track.

4). Pooja was out of station for a week and i had to workout with Anagha. Dr Anu is amazing in treating her patients and answering novice questions of mine all week long with great amount of patience. She always had that assurance smile which made me to push in workout. She trained on my knee strengthening and agility. Gradually she made me ready for next upcoming classes with her calm demeanor. For every exercise she explained what it means and which part of muscle will be worked. The amount of patience she shows should be an example for every medico irrespective of the stress they are into. If you pass by clinic at 9 PM in the night you will see anagha signing off the day with the same energy and always smiling.

5). Panic attacks : I had to salute for Pooja's calm way of welcoming patients questions. As i started to work out i had pain every now and then. Due to health issues that tapped me one after another since a year i am almost was into depression ( From National Level Football player to patient). This lead me into panic attacks even when its a post work out pain. I used to run to pooja irrespective of the work she is into and she used to educate and calm me down not to worry and all pain come down. It happened exactly she used to say. She never got irritated with me but instead she made comfortable and i would go home with so much assurance and off course a smile. I think it is not easy to irritate her.

Two points for patients if they are contacting posture clinic.

1. Trust the doctors.

2. Stick with them until you are up and running without any pain

Thanks to pooja and anagha for making my life a medicine free. I know i have a long way to go. i know many people out there are silently grateful to you guys for the most humble job you are doing. You guys bring smiles on those faces and i am sure you continue to do so with your encyclopedic knowledge. I am just waiting for the day i will return to my football and wear my cleats. With you guys thats way possible.

I’m 22 year old fitness enthusiast who’s done 3-4 years of gym and recently started to box which coincidentally helped me with my full body workout with strength agility mobility stamina . 4 months into the curriculum I realised I was very weak with respect to the above mentioned attributes of training, gymming for several years I couldn’t figure out or I missed the main point of overall strength, mobility, flexibility, etc are all more important than just building muscles even without proper warm up. I later got an injury which was an inflammation in my shoulder from a sparring game inside the ring due to lack of strength. ( I used to shoulder press 40kgs each in one hand ) but that’s not the point how overall strength is developed. We are not properly guided at all . More weights more reps doesn’t matter with strength , proper form of slow and composed movements with breath focus and concentration does. So I was suggested posture clinic by my coach , where I got a treatment to relax my stiff muscles which were extremely stiff and couldn’t flexibly make a simple movement due to lack of stretchings strength mobility training .

I was under treatment for a week followed by a 10 day physiotherapy that fixed my spine better than before , to completely recover 3 months is the timeline for a normal person suffering from irregular postures or any pains, the core reason behind my stiff muscles were my traps shoulder and neck . Again it was due to my lifestyle too, I come from a hardware background where I do all kinds of movements. On top my training method mattered . This was about my story. I had to pause and take rest for a month before resuming training again. The treatment seemed a lot expensive, 1 month of my treatment plus physiotherapy was equivalent to my 3 years of boxing membership fee( in which my issue costed the majority 70-80%) . But the irony is all the money invested was a huge knowledge on strength core overall health which is for lifetime . It’s absolutely worth it if you ask me if you want to be educated about your health and your body.

Before the physiotherapy , the doctor examines the spines of all patients and designs a customised physiotherapy plan based on the issues which focuses on corrections , strengthening, core strengthening and spine balance exercises with a mix of Pilates.

All I want to say is this is a great clinic to cure and also PREVENTION. You can just walk in and check with you spinal health. Don’t have to wait for an injury. Even if you don’t have an injury your spine my not be healthy. I whole heartedly thank Dr. Pooja Rai for treating me and helping me out .

My whole gratitude for the team Posture Clinic.

I went to Dr. Pooja for consultation in Jan 2017. Discovered her clinic while going for a morning walk! I had hurt my neck while lifting furniture two years before, due to which I was not able to sit and work for more than an hour. I had gone to a couple of orthopedics doctors, but the medicine and the physiotherapy their in-house physiotherapists advised didn't resolve the pain. I was also not able to sit straight on a chair for more than 30 minutes. I used to recline on the chair most of the time. The neck pain wouldn't get better after a night's sleep either.

Dr. Pooja treated the neck pain with mobilization and TENS (ultrasonic vibrator) which loosened the muscle group around the neck and shoulders. She explained that the muscles form a knot around the hurt, which makes it hard to get rid of the pain with normal stretching exercises. It was a great relief to get rid of the neck pain.

She also diagnosed that the ab and leg muscles have become weak, which were causing my problem with sitting and posture. She advised 5 individual sessions and three months of physio therapy class. I continued the physiotherapy/pilates classes for another 4 months working on my legs and abs muscles. From Aug 17, Then I continued the exercises on my own at home.

It is Nov 17, and I continue to be pain free :)

Dr. Pooja explains the problem and the treatment clearly and guides us slowly into the treatment. She has an array of techniques that resolve the root of the problem. I would definitely recommend her.

I felt the class fees are a bit on the higher side (given the long term requirement of treatment in physiotherapy), but I guess that has to do with the expertise and also location she is in...

In the last two months of my physiotherapy classes, Dr. Anu (Anagha) also guided me on the exercises. She is also a good doctor and I have benefited from her advise as well.

Honestly, I am not posting this review about Posture Clinic lead by Dr Pooja and her amazing Team of passionate, professionally qualified physiotherapists, just to give them additional publicity. My intention is to help those who are looking for real healing touch through proven and time-tested practices of mind-body healing approaches.

On the day before I met Dr Pooja, I was little sceptical about the physiotherapy itself. I had Frozen Shoulder complications and my left hand movement had developed significant restrictions over a period of 6 months. Despite several efforts to regain my normal hand movement over a period of 6-months, I could not see light at the end of tunnel. It was a frustrating experience.

From Aug 2019 to Jan 2020, during the 6-months of uncertainty and increasing pain due to Frozen Shoulder problems, I had consulted couple of reputed Orthopaedic doctors and Physiotherapists. However to my dismay, their services did not make any difference and the frozen shoulder problem kept increasing.

In mid Feb 2020, I decided to do some web research and explore, if I can get some definite relief. That was when I landed on Posture Clinic and got to know about Dr Pooja and her simple Mind-Body healing approaches. Since I had no other choice, I decided to give it a try.

After a month and a half treatment and exercises, I can confidently vouch Yes, It was a good decision. I am happy that I met Dr Pooja and sincerely went through her treatment process. Results are amazing. I am almost cured and few days of simple exercises should make me 100% normal.

Being an IT employee, especially the one who has to work in night and rotational shifts, it becomes really difficult to maintain correct posture regularly which later may lead to various problems. I realised this and visited the Posture Clinic around a month ago. I was suggested certain exercises to work upon my neck, upper body and abs. Under the guidance of Dr.Pooja and Dr.Anu, I have been doing those exercises regularly till date and now I see a lot of positive changes. My neck position has become a lot better, my upper body has been shaping up quite well and working upon my abs has made me lose some extra belly fat which is really very good. Dr. Pooja, apart from suggesting me exercises, has also given me a diet plan which seems to have benefited me a lot. Dr. Anu usually helps me working out everyday and the way she inspires and encourages me to do some tough exercises is really admirable. Also they have given me the allowance to visit the clinic anytime in the day considering the rotational shifts which I have to do at times, which is highly appreciable. The charges for the sessions are quite reasonable considering the benefits they provide.

Hence, I would like to give a message to specifically the IT Employees like me: DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR. VISIT THE POSTURE CLINIC.

I saw Dr. Pooja Rai for my spondylosis problem which is for past many years. Tingling sensations in my hand persists making my hands weak and difficult to even hold a glass of water. After I started treatment in posture clinic, within few sessions I saw drastic improvement in my pains and sensation. A special mention about the exercise strengthening and posture correction being done here which has changed my life entirely. I feel much stronger and full of life after doing these exercises.

Dr. Pooja convinced me to believe that exercise and fitness is not a day or two till pain comes down., IT IS A WAY OF LIFE.

I have finished my treatment in posture clinic today and I'm extremely happy with my progress but equally sad to say good bye to these happy faces of doctors who treated me with full of heart.

Doctors are not GODS. They can't do magic. But there are doctors like pooja who don't give up on her patients. Give her sometime and allow her to finish her treatment, she will not let you down.

I went there for an IFT for my lower back slip disc pain as my Orthopedic prescribed but she started with her own diagnosis all over again. She started moving my leg & back in different angles to diagnose my condition though it was already mentioned in the reports that I was carrying with me as my Orthopedic diagnosed it two weeks back & I was on a complete bed rest since then.Despite my disinterest in her consultation she continued prescribing what she can do and she in an attempt to do so bent me legs to an extent that my pain retriggered.

When i insisted on IFT only, I was put under her assistant's observation who had no clue about my pain points & she placed the electodes on my upper back area.Then when I started raising my voice, the Dr. came & placed it at the rite point.

When I returned home, my lower back pain & left leg nervous irritation triggered all over again & my condition became worse. I had to restart my bed rest all over again & was extended to another week. If it would not have been retriggered by this doctor I would have recovered in a day or two.

I'm a 92Kg overweight, IT professional working 12-14 hours a day.

About My Issues:

-Unbearable neck and back pains.

-Dozens of nodules on my back, creating bad spasm.

-3 cervical spinal disc slight misspostion.

-Inability to move my neck.

-Unable to work for 1 hr a day.

Overall Experience:

It was very good. She referred me to get diagnosed by an Ortho (her known), who was also a great Doc. She worked on my problem just like coach works for a team. Once she got my case, she had decided to treat me best and she did that.

I took around 2 weeks Physio, some medications and few exercise to get back on track. Till date she takes follow up on whether I'm exercising at home or not.

Hope to join her weight loosing programs soon.

Well I am sharing this feedback with utmost satisfaction. I have taken my mother (75 years old) for swelling and unbearable pain in both the ankles. We experimented with pain killers and Ayurvedic medicines but nothing seems to be working for her. And we met Dr.Pooja and explained the issue. She suggested 10 days of physiotherapy as well as strengthening exercises and it was extended to another 10 days. Despite the busy corporate life, I could manage to take my mother everyday for physiotherapy. Now after all the treatments completed, I can say with satisfaction that my mother’s condition has improved immensely. Thanks to the doctor’s suggestions and the wonderful treatment by the staff of Posture Clinic starting from Vaishnavi to every other staff. My mother could remember only one of their names, so apologies to others for missing out on addressing your names. Most importantly the time they have taken to do each type of treatment and exercises, considering her age.. each session takes somewhere between 2 hours to 2.5 hours..

Visited the clinic to treat my mom’s knee pain. My mom used to have frozen / jammed knee after sitting for long time / after a night sleep. This made her walking very difficult.

We were fortunate to meet Dr Pooja.

Doctor analysed her knee and helped us understand the root cause for the pain and procedure way forward for the treatment. She is highly experienced in treating variety of muscle pains. She suggested us a few days of physiotherapy and a set of specific knee muscle strengthening exercise.

Additionally special attention and guidance is given on the posture correction through footwear recommendation by Orthitist. We could learn about the importance of appropriate footwear for helping recover from the knee pain.

My mom was free from pain within a day or two's treatment. She started feeling much better at the end of few days of therapy. Now she is practising exercises at home based on the advice and is feeling very confident.

The entire treatment procedure and exercise training was dealt with high attention and personal care by all the staff members. I would highly recommend Dr Pooja for any kind of muscle pain, muscle strengthening and can be considered as a very good overall fitness coach.
