We went to have my mother evaluated as she was under a lot of duress with headache, body ache, chest pain, and diarrhoea symptoms. My mother had been suffering for entire night, and we decided to visit the doctor in morning. This was our first visit to the Dr, and both my sister, I and mom had the same first impression:- This is what a Dr should be. Very patient in listening to my mother's concerns, taking all history of medications, suggesting the right approach, and just being comforting. We were totally taken aback with the positive experience, and we will definitely now have a new general physician for our family needs. Many thanks Dr, and hope my mother feels better now.

Consulted with Dr. Lakshmi when I and my family tested positive for Covid. She listened to all pur problems patiently, gave us only the required medicines and reassured us that there is nothing to worry.

I had got covid during my first trimester of pregnancy in mid of May. We consulted 2 physicians and it was not of much help to me. Finally, I took a video consultation with Dr.Lakshmi. Doctor is a senior doctor, friendly explained the issue well. The diagnosis is done well, and I would definitely recommend the doctor to anyone. We had booked through Practo App. The only thing not good was the lack of medicine available in the in-house pharmacy. Rest all good about the clinic too.

I had taken a video consultation. I was suffering from Throat pain a month back and was having a lot of cough. Doctor was very patient to listen to all the problems and advised me medicines and was also replying to the queries on the chat whenever there was an issue. Doctor is very nice *** ************** listens very patiently and clear all my doubts and queries. Having very sweet nature and full of compassion and dedication towards her profession. I strongly recommend her. I have so many queries and doubts regarding vaccination...I was very much worried but after consulting her I got all the answers of my queries and totally satisfied.

I always feel comfortable with a doctor who listens to my symptoms patiently. She did. I had chest congestion and symtpoms similar to covid but she didn't make me panic and worry about it. Gave me basic meds and did overload me with it. 3 days after consultation, I had some doubts which I inquired through chat, and she responded promptly.

The initial waiting time was less than a minute. I was asked for my symptoms and then the initial readings were checked(BP, HR, SPO2, Temp).

The Doctor patiently listened to us and explained to us why these happened and what are the next steps we need to take. I was suggested to take the Covid test and Blood test. Because of my weakness, I was provided with a bed to take rest until I was Ok. Overall a very positive experience.
