Uday Bhaskar M Worked as assistant professor in PES Medical College, in department of surgery, post MS general surgery for one year. During the MCH course, trained in endourology, open surgeries and laparoscopic surgeries. Worked in transplant team under Dr Sunil Shroff, for period of three years. During which was trained in donor nephrectomies, recipient bed preparation, renal transplants and av fistula creation. Trained in uro oncology like ( TURBT, Nephrectomies and radical cystectomies). Performed more than 2000 urological surgeries. Performed a good number of laser torps, laser turbts ,nephrectomies (radical and partial), Laparoscopic surgeries. Part of renal transplant team, done good number of donor nephrectomies and also recipients. Good number of radical prostatectomies and radical cystectomies (with ideal conduit and neobladder) performed. PCNL and MINI PCNLs. Good experience in female urology (TVT &TOT), VVF repairs, Boari Flaps for Uretro vaginal fistulas, Hymenoplasties, urethroplasties for stricture urethra and Andrology (penile prosthesis for erectile dysfunction). Varicocelectomies and vas reconstruction for infertility.Performed good number of robotic and laparoscopic surgeries . Performed more than 150 robotic surgeries, like radical prostatectomy, radical cystectomy and partial nephrectomy. Article published in Times of India paper on 7th march 2015 for operating on a pregnant lady with a 9 kg renal tumor

Visited him for stone removal (kidney) for my father, he explained the issue in detail, didn't scare us, and performed the surgery in such a comfortable manner for me dad. Above all, he was always very polite and accessible whenever we needed him post surgery. 10/10. I wish every doctor is like him
I consulted him for some minor problems. He quickly diagnosed it without any major medical tests. He prescribed the medications and explained the phenomenon very clearly. It didn't take much time as well. I just had to wait for about 20 minutes and then immediately I was able to consult the doctor. It was overall a very satisfying session. I am happy with the given treatment.

The doctor was completely disinterested to understand my history or problem. As soon as he saw previous kidney stone reports, suggested me to go for CT scan, he ensured I did the expensive CT Scan at Manipal. He was not interested to tell anything more tillI completed the CT Scan. I went with the flow even though I had a fresh Sonography report from the morning. Once the CT scan was done, *** ****** *** **** ********** ** ********** ******** I asked if we should wait and see as I have passed stones upto 13mm earlier and the one I got was only 7mm. He said there is no chance that it will fall and surgery is the only solution. The stone fell next day morning. **** ** ******** ****** ** ******* ****** highly unexpected from a chain like Manipal.
