Dr. Sriram Ramalingam

I am very happy and honoured to share our feedback on the service offered during our visit to hospital for my mother's cataract surgery. She got her both eyes surgery done in the months of December 2023. Dr. Sriram Ramalingam and Dr. Pradnya Sriram took personal care of my mother, which made her comfortable and went with confidence to operation theatre with out any fear. Not only Doctors but each and everyone in clinic were very friendly and caring. Entire office staffs - Roja, Nayana, Sheeba, Kokila, Dr. Nazia, Julie, Akshaya, house keeping and attenders are all to be thanked for their care. My dad and uncle were also treated here with cataract surgery 10 years ago and they are doing good and I wanted my mom also to be treated here only for her cataract surgery. We are impressed with the service provided right from consultation, insurance approval, pre post operation explanation, pre post operation care and follow ups. I highly recommend this clinic and Drs.for any issues related to eyes and pray God for their long life, as they are helping people to see this world for long. I have been visiting the Dr since 11 yrs for my son.He was treated for amblyopia and astigmatism.

Two years back my husband got operated for cataract.

Now my mother and father in law also got operated for cataract. Both are senior citizens and good gentle care was given to them. Both of them are very much satisfied and happy about the care taken by the Doctor and his whole team.In fact they felt like their own people.

I have been visiting the clinic of Dr Sriram Ramalingam for regular eye checkups of my family members for years and have always been satisfied with the consultation.

Recently I consulted the doctor for my 81 year old father's cataract surgery. Was thoroughly impressed with the service offering ,right from consultation , insurance approval, pre operative procedure briefings, the surgery, post operative care and follow-up consultation. The waiting time was almost zero as every aspect was so well organized. A special mention to his team of staff for their courteousness. Would highly recommend this doctor.

We go on faith for checkup through experienced Doctor. Consultation fee will be collected in advance.

I was totally fooled and cheated,one time receptionist was given responsibility to check my power and that is final.You have no time to spear because you grab money in advance.

I asked doctor why you have not checked? It was simple reply - after 40 power remain almost same.

When I entered in this clinic today. The receptionist asked me to pay fee for Doctor’s consultation first.

When I was sitting there, the staff asked me to take eye drop for eye checkup without asking my problem.

After waiting 10 min, Dr. seen my past check up history & told me I am suffering from Eye infection & just written an anti bacterial drop. In the meantime I was explaining him how they have given wrong eyesight power in my previous checkup. Dr said today we are not going to discuss on eye sight check up...you have eye infection, just take drop from reception. Eagernesivly, I have asked some questions to Dr on my eye infection problem but he has not shown much interest to reply & within 2 min consultation over with fee of 400/-

As per my today’s experience, I will never go in this clinic again.

Went to consult for my 8 year old daughter. And describing their consultation process and advice below:

Started with the lady who used to be the receptionist once performing the role of a junior doctor. That does not go down well with patients who know she has been a receptionist.

The consultation by the doctor later was also done ** * **** ****** ****** *** *** ****** *** ******* ****** ** ****** **** ****** ******** *** We were told that the little girl has very high power and adviced spectacles.

However I thought it necessary to get a second opinion *** **** ** ******** *********** *** ****** **** *** ********** ** ****** ******* ****** *** ** ***** ******** ******** ********** ** *** ***** ** ** *** *** *** ******* ******* ********* **** ***** *********** **** **** ****** ****** I used to go there to consult for different members of my family a while ago and felt he was OK. **** ** **** * ***** *** ** * **** ********** ** *** *******

Experience with the doctor was good. Being so near to the hospital it was difficult to contact them . They need to provide the contact on google.

The hospital is kept very clean. The process of seeing patients is very smooth. The doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly.. The process of getting appointment through practo is very good.

The doctor is quite experienced , explained the situation very clearly. Would highly recommend the doctors , staff and clinic. It was all very organised and they followed covid guidelines .

The service we received from the Dr Sriram Ramalingam was really excellent and satisfying...Overall it was a really a positive feeling
