I was earlier treated by a visiting dentist in another clinic who almost botched up a Re-RCT on my tooth & after having dealt with severe pain in my molar for a few days with no sleep & painkillers not working, I had approached Palm Dental Care & met Dr. Swamy & Dr. Ravikala for a 2nd opinion. Both doctors had examined the X-ray & it was revealed, the tooth was fractured making it fragile & necessitating an inevitable tooth extraction. Though it was painful, Dr. Ravikala *** **** ******** * showed so much concern for the pain I had & performed the extraction successfully. Dr. Ravikala took much care to ensure the post surgery gums was treated & stiched up properly to avoid a dry socket. Thanks to her treatment, no dry socket formed but also healed well. I've been to many doctors before, but only few have 'The Golden Touch' that cures ailments when performing surgeries. Dr. Ravikala certainly has the golden touch. After the completion of 1st phase, I wanted to & was more than happy to continue with Dr. Swamy & Dr. Ravikala at Palm Dental Care for the rest of the treatment. I would definitely recommend visiting Palm Dental Care. They are very experienced doctors.

Dr. Ravikala is the best dentist ever. I have been going to her for quite sometime now for root canal treatment for tooth decay She has literally gone above and beyond to be there for me every minute of the whole process. She has a lot of patience and she will always ensure that i do not experience a lot of pain or sensitivity. My case was challenging since my tooth was highly sensitive, but i did very well throughout the treatment since i was in the best experienced hands. She is a doctor who is very calm herself and will also make you feel relaxed while on the treatment chair. She readily answered all my questions and cleared all the doubts i had. She is very clear about the treatment plan and will surely discuss the same with the patient before she begins the treatment. She is very accommodative with regards to appointments and will always stick to the time. She is always there well before the appointment time. The doctor's office assistant also sends an e-mail and SMS conformation 2 hours before the appointment. I will definitely go back to Dr.Ravikala if i have any dental problem in future and will surely recommend her to my friends and family.

I'm very scared of injections. I have got my procedure done very comfortably, so no excuse for you guys, don't get it delayed, which can damage other tooth as well.

Believe me guys, not even l felt the needle 💉 insertion, extremely comfortable. Even more comfortable than covid vaccination.

Dr. Ravikala is excellent in her profession and patient friendly, I would strongly recommend her.

Also, supporting staff are very helpful.

Entire procedure was very comfortable, no pain and no sensation at all. I'm super happy with the local anesthesia injection, no pain guys with having the spray first, which makes the injection area numb.

After procedure also, I'm not having any pain.

I strongly recommend Dr. Swamy and Dr. Ravikala madam (Palm Dental clinic). Doctors are so polite and friendly. My wife is not comfortable to explain the problems in english but as doctor also communicate Telugu, it helped a lot. Actually two teeth are totally infected, Ravikala madam told like this needs multiple sittings to clean teeth as white bubble there. it led to check/clean multiple times and doctor is awesome. Every time she treats like politely and try to do best always.

Medical advice appropriate to the situation. Options suggested to enable exercise ones convenience and preference. Punctuality and prompting by SMS in advance of an impending appointment, enables patient to plan the visit with certanity. Clinic environment is pleasing to mind.

The doctor is very humble and polite and understood the health issues before start of treatment. She explained the post extraction issues very clearly and shared contact to connect for any emergency. I highly appreciate and would recommend the doctor.

*** ******** ** *** **** ******* * **** **** **** ******* Root canal for me was not easy since I was allergic to local anaesthesia with preservatives and the one without preservatives was ineffective. But she never lost hope and patience with me. With the help of d pulp and over numerous sitting spread across 2 months she completed the job in close to painless manner given the constraints. The way she explained the problem and it's resolution was something i have never seen before. I can easily say that I even my parents won't have this much patience with me as she did. I cannot thank her for enough!

she is quite punctual. she has better clarity of what she is doing. treats patients with care. she gives time to heal.. doesn't rush to finish the treatment. she explains clearly about the problem and what procedure she is going to do before starts. she makes sure of a painless procedure (to her level best)
